Artist Sandra Haasis has studied art independently and at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona where she received a B.A. in Studio Art. Haasis creates vivid works of art in chalk pastel and as a madonnari street painter for festivals.

Sandra Haasis' paintings and drawings are on display in private collections throughout the U.S. and in Europe. She is committed to bringing the arts into her community and has served on the Arizona Commission for the Arts, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Friends of the Arts and as Chairperson for the Carlsbad-based ArtSplash Chalk Art Festival.
